Repairs

For all return and repair enquiries, please email trevor@hewngoods.com with the subject header ‘RETURN’ or ‘REPAIR’ and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and that customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns. For repairs, Hewn covers the cost of shipping repaired items back to customers.

For your security, please purchase shipping insurance and use a trackable shipping service. Hewn cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items. Be sure to retain both your proof of purchase and shipping receipts for all returns.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days and has a 15% restocking fee.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.  Custom work and gift cards are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
